We earlier had some issues with email notifications for documents in Ibistic not being sent out. This has now been resolved.

The inbound services are up and running again, and queue of documents is being processed. We will update once all files are delivered.

We have some delays in delivery of inbound invoice documents. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

Services have been restored and back up and running. We apologize for the downtime. Everything should be back to normal.

The issue is general network outage with our hosting partner. Hosting has been alerted, and we do not expect the downtime to be for long.

We are aware of the server timeouts, and working to re-establish the service with urgent priority!

Automatic credit card distribution should we working again as normal, after server deployment with various fixes for expense.

Expense customers will need to manually distribute transactions until we implemented a fix. We will keep you updated.

There are issues with automatic routing of credit card transactions to expense users. We are investigating the cause of this.

We are today updating the platform with a new and improved expense report view for our expense customer, in addition to several fixes.

The earlier mentioned crash problem some users experienced has been fixed. Invoice approval and acceptance should now function normal.

Some of our users experience crashes when accessing invoices for acceptance or approval. We are investigating with high priority.

We suffered a server outage for some of our customers (Danish schools) this morning. This has now been resolved.

We had some issues importing masterdata today, and there is a queue. Some customers will experience delays in update of data.

All pending documents have been delivered, and everything is running normal and within SLA again. We apologize for the delays this morning.
