1. TIPS FOR SUPPORT -> RECEIVE BETTER AND FASTER HELP
Ibistic has live support in Danish, Norwegian and English - and correspondingly User Guides are available in all three languages at the Ibistics Help Desk. Visit the Support pages where you will find all support channels or go directly to the Help Desk and find the many guides. Updates are published regularly following and adjusted to the development of the solutions and our customers needs.
2. HOW TO GET MORE EFFECTIVE SUPPORT
We will always assist you as quickly as possible in the best possible way, but there are a few things you can do to help us along the way. When you report a problem to our Support, it will help our employees greatly in the process of helping you when you include the following information:
· Name: Username
· Accounting unit
· Document number / bill number / invoice number
· If possible a screenshot or description of the error code
3. HOW TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF ERROR MESSAGES
There may be errors in the data capture / scanning process of your documents. However, these errors can be reduced by making certain reservations/precautions. By ensuring a high quality of the documents sent to Invoicedrop, you will reduce error scenarios. Here we recommend PDF or TIFF files in 300 DPI. Read more detailed description on the Help Desk.
4. BENEFITS OF ELECTRONIC INVOICES IN THE NORTH
Digitisation is a current tendency for most levels in society. The European Initiative, PEPPOL, was introduced to help streamline document flow and help ease the transition from paper to electronic handling. At Ibistic, we recommend Norwegian customers to register in the Norwegian address register ELMA and Danish customers to register with NemHandel. Benefits include; faster delivery of documents, fewer scanning errors and lower data costs regarding data capture.
5. INFORMATION ON SUPPLIER SET-UP WITH SMARTBOOK
Ibistic's partner Netwino gave a guest attendance about their services that can help automate workflows and simplify supplier activation. These services can of course be integrated with Ibistic.

6. GUIDANCE FOR INTEGRATION
During the day, the integration of the integration was described and given examples of integration errors and advice on how to avoid mistakes. IT department or server administrator may find it helpfull to read these instructions from the Ibistics Help Desk.

7. HOW TO USE IBISTIC MORE EFFICIENTLY
A popular item on the agenda was tips for using Ibistic's solutions more efficiently. Various features were presented and reviewed and subsequently there was given advise on how to use and apply these. For example, the following features were presented, which you may find very useful:
· Redirect management
· Automatic transfer after approval
· Free add-on modules that can be added to the solution, like 'reset accounting'.
